Education & Philosophy
1,427 hours of Comprehensive Classical Pilates training.
Certified at the Centre de Pilates de Nantes, one of France’s leading Classical Pilates schools.
Fully trained across the complete Pilates system, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and more.
FPMP Certified (Fédération des Professionnels de la Méthode Pilates), meeting rigorous professional standards in anatomy, biomechanics, and teaching methodology.
Throughout my training, I became increasingly fascinated by the connection between movement and overall wellbeing. Pilates is not simply about building strength or improving flexibility. When practised with precision and consistency, it can transform posture, restore confidence, improve body awareness, and create a greater sense of balance; both physically and mentally.
My Philosophy
I believe that movement is one of the greatest investments we can make in ourselves.
Every session is designed with intention. Rather than chasing intensity, I focus on quality of movement, intelligent progression, and individual attention. My goal is to help every client develop a stronger, more resilient body while moving with greater confidence, control, and ease.

My Journey
It all begins with a decision.
Nothing could have prepared me for my first Pilates class…
Movement has always been a part of who I am. Known for my boundless energy and constant activity, I was always running barefoot, racing dogs, dancing, or twisting into upside-down positions. It seems I was destined for a life of movement.
I’ve explored every form of expression I could find: ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, flamenco, even theater. But it was during a trip to Madrid that I stumbled upon Pilates by chance. I only signed up because the stretching class was full. The instructor’s warmth and passion left a lasting impression on me and what I remember most vividly is the feeling afterward: a sense of wholeness, both in body and in mind.
That feeling became something I sought out again and again. When life later brought me to Nice, France, I rediscovered Pilates and decided to dedicate myself fully to the method. Becoming a Pilates instructor was my way of pursuing that sense of completeness and sharing it with others.
Teaching allows me to give back, to help others discover their own body’s potential and to share the method that has profoundly changed my life.
